ReFlow Inc. ("we") respects the privacy of users of our voice task management app "MindDrop" ("the App") and handles personal information and usage data as follows.
For task extraction, recorded audio is temporarily transmitted to a server. The destination is our proxy server or third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI).
Tasks, notes, due dates, priorities, and other information created in the App. By default these are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud Sync, also on Apple's iCloud servers.
Anonymous device identifiers used for issuing authentication JWTs. No personally identifying information is included.
Purchase records via Apple App Store. We do not collect credit card or payment instrument data; Apple Inc. processes those.
For service improvement, we may collect crash reports and anonymized usage statistics. We rely solely on Apple's standard mechanisms, which you can disable in your Apple device settings.
The App transmits data to the following third-party AI services to provide its voice features. Transmission only occurs after you tap "Allow" in the in-app consent dialog. You can revoke consent at any time from "Settings → AI Voice Processing"; after revocation, voice features will stop sending data to AI services.

All transmissions go through our proxy server operated by ReFlow Inc., encrypted via HTTPS. Our proxy handles device identifiers only to issue authentication JWTs and does not persist audio or text content.
OpenAI does not use data received via our API to train its own models (per OpenAI API policy).

We implement reasonable measures including HTTPS transport, JWT-based access control, and compliance with cryptographic export regulations (no proprietary cryptography).
The App is not primarily intended for children under 13. If a person under 13 uses the App, parental consent must be obtained.
This policy may be revised without notice. The revised version will be announced in the App or on our website.

株式会社ReFlow（以下「当社」）は、当社が提供する音声タスク管理アプリ「MindDrop」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、以下のとおり個人情報および利用データを取り扱います。
タスク抽出のために、録音した音声を一時的にサーバーに送信します。送信先は当社が運用するプロキシサーバーまたは AI サービス提供事業者（OpenAI 等）です。
本アプリで作成されたタスク、メモ、期限、優先度などの情報。原則として端末内に保存され、ユーザーが iCloud 同期を有効にした場合は Apple の iCloud サーバーに保存されます。
匿名のデバイス識別子（認証用 JWT 発行のため）。個人を特定する情報は含まれません。
Apple App Store を通じた購入情報。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は当社では取得せず、Apple 社が処理します。
サービス改善のため、クラッシュ情報や匿名化された利用統計を取得する場合があります。Apple 標準の仕組みのみを利用し、ユーザーは Apple の設定で送信を停止できます。
本アプリは音声機能を提供するため、以下の第三者 AI サービスにデータを送信します。送信は、アプリ内で表示される同意ダイアログでユーザーが「同意して続ける」を選択した後にのみ行われます。 同意はいつでもアプリ内の「設定 → AI による音声処理」から取り消すことができ、取り消し後は音声機能は AI サービスへのデータ送信を停止します。

すべての送信は当社（株式会社ReFlow）が運用するプロキシサーバー経由で行われ、HTTPS で暗号化されています。当社プロキシは認証 JWT を発行するためにのみデバイス識別子を扱い、音声・テキストの内容は保存しません。
OpenAI が当社の API 経由で受領したデータを、自社モデルの学習に使用することはありません（OpenAI API ポリシー準拠）。

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を主たる対象としていません。13 歳未満の方が本アプリを利用される場合は、保護者の同意を得てください。
本ポリシーは予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は本アプリ内または当社ウェブサイトでお知らせします。
